I know you would love a step by step guide but there is a truth to accept early on if being a regenerative business leader is your path. A regenerative business is a slow journey by nature and one that broadly encompasses the following stages. But there is only one first step that we all have in common.
This first step is what I call the great nudge. This is the moment where you make a decision, based on an experience, that suddenly wakes you up to sustainability not being the whole story. It may have been a moment where you hit a low point and stepped into nature to help. Or perhaps it was simply an idea that got louder and louder in your life until you had to embrace it. Whatever your experience was, you made a decision. That nudge was your intuition. And now you are here, deciding how to transition beyond sustainability to being a regenerative business.
